This campsite is located on the Wadden island of Schiermonnikoog. Schiermonnikoog is car-free. You can park your car at the ferry port on the main shore
You are not allowed to take your car on the ferry. You take the ferry to Schiermonnikoog. You can rent bicycles on the ferry jetty.

The beautiful wide beaches found within the National Park Schiermonnikoog are amongst the widest beaches in Europe. The sandbanks start in the shallow coastline of the North Sea and gradually move towards Schiermonnikoog, eventually attaching to the island, which leads to the beaches growing even wider.
