In July and August Camping Le Clou is a real family campsite. It is great especially for young families because of its small scale, the swimming pools with water slide, animation and many playgrounds: a multi-sports ground where children make easily contact with each other, volleyball, jeu de boules tracks, trampolines, table tennis, a big sandbox with climbing gear including a slide, a climbing castle, and scattered over the campsite are sandpits, swings and other playgrounds. The salle des jeux there is Duplo for the little ones, a table football and a TV screen for important events.
Food and drink
On arrival at the campsite, we welcome you with a refreshing drink on the charming terrace. Which is located between the old buildings at the centre of the campsite where you will find the reception, little shop and catering facilities.Fresh baguettes, croissants, and even wholegrain and multigrain bread are brought every morning by the local boulanger! During high season you can enjoy 6 days per week a carefully prepared three-course menu at tables d’hôtes. Once a week there is even a four-course menu. We announce the menus every week on the terrace and via Facebook. We aim at healthy, high quality cuisine by using fresh ingredients and careful preparation. Local products like duck, truffles, walnuts, figs, foie gras and fine French cheeses inspire the chef. Don’t feel like cooking or going out for a lengthy dinner? In the bar you can order chips with Dutch mayonnaise and snacks. Or you can choose for an artisanal pizza. You can either take your order with you or let it serve at the terrace.
