Are the developments regarding corona preventing you from booking your vacation in 2021?
We do understand that corona influences the planning of your vacation. But we also understand that you prefer to be busy with positive things. And your vacation for 2021 is a positive thing! That is why we offer a rebooking guarantee to everyone who books now. In other words: You choose a nice holiday. We will reserve the tent for you, at the campsite of your choice, on the dates of your choice. Can’t you go on holiday because the corona-rules from the Dutch government do not allow this or because you prefer to go to another campsite, then please let us know. Together we will look for a suitable solution that suits you or your situation better. Which campsite you can change to depends on availability. In season 2020, we succeeded in accommodating all our guests to alternative campsites.
Good to know in advance
Of course we will do everything we can to give you a wonderful holiday. Here our rules regarding rebooking.
The holiday you want to rebook falls in the same holiday season. The 2021 holidayseason runs from the end of April to mid-September 2021
Rebooking is only possible if there is space at the Country Camp campsite of your choice.
You can rebook to all types of Country Camp tents and to all Country Camp locations in the Netherlands and abroad, as long as the relevant tent or location is available.
The replacement holiday may be shorter or longer. And may start or end on other dates. We do, however, assume that the replacement holiday has a minimum value of 70% of the travel sum of the original holiday. The night price on the date of the original booking is decisive in this respect.
The replacement holiday may also be split up into several shorter holidays. (minimum stay is 3 nights)
The replacement holiday may also be spent by someone else, but you remain responsible for the payment as the first booker. Is the travel group going to be different? Please let us know in advance.
The replacement holiday may also be divided over a connecting trip with various destinations.
