Information that is useful before going on holiday
We can imagine that you have questions about your holiday. Here you will find information per subject. If you can’t figure it out, feel free to call or email us. We are happy to help you.
What to pack
All our tents are fully furnished. Crockery, beds, bed linen, refrigerator, stove, tables and chairs are standard.
Bed linen is included. You don’t have to take this with you. Bed linen (slip, bottom sheet and duvet cover) and duvets, pillows and mattresses are available for max. 5 people.
Better not take it with you. Many people use electricity at the campsite. The maximum wattage that can be used varies per tent or campsite. For this reason, do not bring devices that use a lot of power. The appliances that Country Camp has as inventory are specially chosen for (low power) use on the campsite. This way everyone can continue to use the energy supply at the campsite.
Here you will find an inventory list.

What time am I welcome at the campsite
You are welcome at the campsite from 15:00. The guests before you left at the latest at 10:00 AM. In the meantime, the tents are being prepared for the next guests. In order to give our colleagues sufficient opportunity to make everything happen, we would like to ask you to respect the arrival and departure times.
Where should I be when I arrive at the campsite?
When you arrive at the campsite, show your arrival voucher at the campsite reception. The reception staff will welcome you. The voucher indicates that your reservation is in order, so it is important that you can show this voucher. The voucher does not need to be printed. Showing the voucher on your phone is also fine. The reception staff will then indicate where you can find the rented tent on the campsite. When Country camp service staff are working at the campsite, they will take over the reception.
Deposit
you do not pay a deposit with us. Of course, an accident can always happen. Let us know when something breaks. We will then try to provide replacement material and consult with you about compensation for the damage made. You can report the damage to the Country Camp service staff at the campsite. Are there no Country Camp service employees on the campsite? Then report the damage to the reception staff.
